Basic System: 3 tank automatic transfer with controls, heat in two tanks, stainless steel sheathing and ventilation

Heat Controls: Low level switch, thermostat (2 tanks)

Ultrasonic (1st tank only): 1500 watt to reduce cycle time and chemical concentration, heated tunnel air dry with heat circulate air to de-stratify.

Timer: 24 hour, 7 day timer to preheat system. Preheat typically takes 2-3 hours.

Return conveyor system:  Non-powered return conveyor

Tank drain system: Piping and valves to bring all drains to a common location at the end of the cleaning line. 1.5" stainless steel piping. Rinse tank pipes are coupled together and one (1) shut-off valve is provided. The deoxidizing tank drain and overflow are coupled together to allow single pip and valve.

Tank fill system: For manually operated terke up for each tank. A water valve and line is provided for each tank in the system.

Filtration for De-ox tank (one canister): This allows for automatic removal of oxides from de-ox tank.

Electric Service: 460/480 volt 60Hz 3phase. The system requires approx. 10KVA.

Air Pressure: 80 psi with an estimated 65 SCFM.

Rinse Water:Normal temperature and pressure.
